The Hinderer Knives Investigator Modular Pen with Black Ink is crafted from CNC machined Aircraft Grade 6061-T6 Aluminum with a *Type 2 Hardcoat Green anodized finish. Lightweight and overbuilt to take a beating…and give one.
The Investigator was designed to be as small as a standard size refill would allow, yet still be usable in a tough situation. Uses Fisher Space Pen full size refills (pn# SPR4B). Brand new direct from Hinderer Knives.
*Hinderer received a lot of requests for brighter colors on their pens. They answered with these new Type 2 Hardcoat Anodized versions. Type 2 has a wider range of colors compared to the darker, tougher Type 3. The only small downside being noticeable wear occurring on the threads with use when compared to the Type 3 hardcoat.
